Barbara entered the industry in the late 1970s and became a partner in the mid-1980s. She is one of two senior directors at the agency and is responsible for the day-to day business practice, dealings with and coordinating the many sales that are dealt with through the Howick & Brooker Partnership each year. She also has an incredible knowledge and experience of estate agency, which is most unusual in this male-dominated industry. Barbara is also a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA)

One the original founder members of the estate agency back in 1974, Alan is a highly experienced estate agent, joining the industry in 1967. Alan has lived in the area throughout his estate agency career, has a unique, valuable deep knowledge of all types and styles of properties throughout the region. He is also responsible for heading Fine & Country, which as the name suggests, deals with country, village and substantial town properties. Alan is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA) .

John joined the agency in the mid 90’s and is responsible for the Harlow and Old Town market place and has a brilliant recall and knowledge of the vast array of homes to be found within our town. He is regarded by many of his peers as probably the most knowledgeable and effective estate agent within the Harlow market place. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).

Paul has headed the Church Langley and Newhall desk for a number of years. Although not directly based in Church Langley his desk in old Harlow is probably far and away the busiest for a Church Langley Agency based elsewhere. We pride ourselves in being the market leader for this highly sought-after and popular area. Paul is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).

Ben is a dynamic and successful estate agent and has an almost unsurpassable track record for the marketing and selling of homes on our Church Langley and Newhall desk. Having gained valuable experience at another agency, since his arrival at the Howick and Brookers Partnership, he has proven to be probably one of the most outstanding estate agents in this town.

The other half of the dynamic administration team, Gail’s responsibilities are geared to supporting Fine & Country as well as Old Harlow and the village Market places. She, like Claire, has a constant hands-on involvement of the administration of these two important markets. Gail, having gained a qualification in Interior Decoration, also offers free home staging consultations to all our vendors and her aim is to help you maximise the potential of your property, at minimal cost, to create a positive impact on viewers.
