These are carried out by our own in-house Home Staging Consultant, Gail Sherrick. Gail studied Interior Design at the prestigious KLC School of Design, Chelsea Harbour, and earned the title of the “KLC 2004 Certificate in Interior Design & Decoration Student of the Year” at their annual awards ceremony. She has carried out many home staging consultations for our vendors (which also includes a detailed follow up report free of charge) and has achieved a remarkable rate of success selling properties that had previously been stuck on the market.
